Welcome to Chat Quote for WooCommerce, a WordPress plugin provided by Nexura Security ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using the Chat Quote for WooCommerce plugin (Free or Pro versions) and associated services accessible via nexurasecurity.com/chat-quote/, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our software and remove it from your WordPress installations immediately.
2 Software Licensing & Usage
Free Version (WordPress.org):
The Free version of Chat Quote for WooCommerce is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPLv2) or later. You may freely use, modify, and distribute the free software in compliance with the GPL license terms.
Pro Version License:
Pro licenses grant you access to premium features (including variable product auto-detection, dynamic inquiry builder, direct email replies, multi-agent WhatsApp routing, and CSV/PDF export) and automatic updates for the number of active websites specified at checkout.
- Single-site licenses are valid for one production WordPress domain and one staging/local environment (e.g.
localhost,staging.*). - You may not resell, sub-license, rent, or redistribute Pro license keys or plugin distribution packages to third parties without prior written authorization.
3 Payments, Subscriptions & Renewals
All commercial transactions for Chat Quote Pro are securely processed and fulfilled by our Merchant of Record and licensing platform, Freemius, Inc.
- Automatic Renewals: Annual subscriptions renew automatically on the billing date unless canceled prior to the renewal date via your Freemius account dashboard or by contacting support.
- Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice. Price changes will never affect an active billing period retroactively.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your license remains active until the end of your prepaid period.
4 Third-Party Services & WhatsApp Disclaimer
Important Trademark Disclaimer: "WhatsApp" is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Nexura Security and "Chat Quote for WooCommerce" are completely independent and are not endorsed, sponsored, affiliated with, or associated with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.
Our plugin generates standardized WhatsApp click-to-chat links (`https://api.whatsapp.com/` and `https://wa.me/`). You are solely responsible for ensuring your WhatsApp business activities comply with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policies, Terms of Service, and applicable privacy regulations in your jurisdiction.
5 Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
