How to Request a Refund

- Submit a support ticket explaining the issue.
- If our team is unable to resolve the issue, we will process your refund through Freemius within 2-3 business days.
Exceptions
We do not issue refunds for:
- Renewals (you can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date).
- Issues caused by third-party plugins or highly customized server environments (unless confirmed by our support team).
- Refund requests made after the 7-day guarantee period.
